Adult Programs
The Charlestown-Clark County Public Library offers a wide range of adult services. Adults can check out materials in multiple formats, take a computer class, discover our genealogy collections, or attend our monthly events including book clubs, craft clubs and cooking groups. We also host special events and programs throughout the year on a variety of different topics.

Teens Programs
The Teen Services Department offers a wide variety of programs for young adults throughout the year. Programs include Anime Club, crafts, cooking, drawing, writing, movies, Summer Reading Club, and many special events.

Children’s Programs
The Children’s Department offers programs throughout the year for babies through elementary children. Programs include: Book Babies for 0-16 months, Tot-Time for 17-35 months, Storyhour for 3-5 year-olds, PAWS to Read, Summer Reading Club, holiday parties, Lego play time, movies, craft programs and many more programs.

Summer Reading Club
Each year the library hosts the Summer Reading Club in June & July to encourage reading during the summer. Everyone age 3 or older can join and earn prizes for reading.
